It’s something that I do.
Dear Mikaela… I miss you. You meant a whole lot to me, & when you moved on… It hit hard. From me throwing myself all over my room, to screaming, and collapsing to the ground in defeat. To tell our other friends tore my heart to shreds. You literally were the sunlight for our school, and when you collapsed in class, and for those who saw, our teacher running to help, to the ambulance arriving. Comforting Carly. While talking to the police… To being in the hospital that afternoon for my sister.. & getting the text message. “Ring me now”. It hurts to remember that day, but it helps. To see you smile.. Just once more would be one wish. But for others like me, it would be our only one. Your birthday has passed and gone, but the next upcoming date will be the worst. Our whole school will remember you on that day, even those who never got to meet you angel. I smile in gratitude that I was one who did, you opened a lot of Possibilities for me, & I thank you. I thank you for those time where we could just chat.. You will always be my Maths buddy. No one will ever forget you.. Rest in peace beautiful! You will always be in our hearts.
